About Tazret: Tazret Gel (Tazarotene) is a medicinal cream that is widely used in the treatment of a variety of skin conditions. The active ingredient in Tazret Gel is Tazarotene which belongs to a class of drugs known as topical retinoids which carries out the same function as vitamin A. the cream functions by reducing the rate of growth of scaly skin and inflammation allowing for a smoother surface. The gel is used to treat different conditions such as psoriasis, sun damaged skin and acne.

How to use Tazret


Before applying Tazret Gel (Tazarotene), patients should be sure to wash their hands and dry them. The area being applied should also be washed and dried to allow for easier absorption of the gel into the body. Patients should also wash hands after applying the cream to avoid the gel from acting on the palms. To apply, smear a small amount on the affected area and rub gently until the gel disappears. The user should not cover the area applied by a cloth or bandage unless instructed otherwise by the doctor.
