About Doxine: Many brand names have been used to describe the drug. They include; Acticlate, Adoxa, Alodox, Targadox, Vibramycin and Ocudox among others. All of these contain doxycycline sclate as the major ingredient. This ingredient is functioned by eliminating the bacteria so that essential proteins can be created and prevent their growth and multiplication. The major company responsible for the manufacture and distribution is known as Pacific Pharmaceuticals.

How to use Doxine


It is a form of tetracycline antibiotic that is used to treat various bacterial infections. These include; Lyme disease, periodontitis or gum disease, gonorrhea, bronchitis, sinuses, acne, eye infections and urinary tract infections. There are instances when it can be used in the treatment of malaria and anthrax. It should not be used to treat viral infections.

Doxine Dosage


The tablets are usually taken orally by drinking plenty of water. It is best taken on before a meal. In the case of a stomach upset, then you can go ahead and take it after meals. Always ensure that you take the drugs as per the instructions from the doctor until the end of the therapy.

Doxine Side Effects


A person that is under this form of treatment may encounter breathless, swelling on the lips and tongue, blood clotting problems and hiver. Report cases of dark urine, nausea, vomiting, and irritation of the esophagus.

Doxine Precautions
